Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are not eligible for return if they have been worn. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


How to Request a Return

Our customer support team will review your request and provide next steps if your return is approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will make it right.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.


Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Earrings or pierced jewelry that have been worn
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (if marked as such)
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have reviewed your return request and, if applicable, received and inspected the returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
