The first thing you notice about this set is the color. That vivid blue is incredibly clear and saturated in person, and the large faceted teardrop catches the light beautifully from different angles. I actually like that the rest of the design is kept so simple, because nothing competes with that blue stone.

The necklace gives you one clean drop of color at the neckline, while the earrings bring the same blue closer to the face and feel much bolder. You can absolutely wear either one on its own, but together they have that full, dramatic look this design was made for.
